He actually asserted that it is CONGRESS' money. Of course, as one of his last acts, he wants to "bailout" the Big Three automakers. With people like this, it is a wonder that the Republicans are not down to 100 seats in the House! Huh, it is NOT our money according to Republican brain surgeon, soon to be FORMER congressman Joe Knollenberg. He actually asserted that it is CONGRESS’ money.
