Sweet, very sweet.

It’s been cloudy and rainy in the Poconos, so no, I haven’t gotten to see it. :((

  2. Tango says:

…I got to see that same sight here (last Monday, I believe it was). God’s little lanterns twinkling in the heavens and a crescent moon. Delightful! :d

The photo on the link looks like a “frowny” face.

I saw it Thanksgiving night, a perfect thing to see on turkey day. Incredibly beautiful, planetary conjunctions like that are amazing, and you can understand how our ancestors assigned special significance to such things, back before we understood what they really were. Too few take time to actually look up anymore, the sky is an amazing show. Too bad city lights mask so much of it for so many of us.

  5. Great White Rat says:

Oh great. As if we need more proof that obviously even the stars and planets are happy about the Dalai Bama ascending to the imperial throne White House. :d

  6. Trish says:

    Great White Rat–
Good heavens, man, why would you interpret it THAT way? Blech.

  7. Great White Rat says:

You have your sarcasm detector turned off. Turn it on and you’ll figure it out.

  8. Trish says:

I knew perfectly well it was sarcasm, honey, but it still ruined the mood completely.
