If President Obama doesn't blow it we'll have a victory in the GWOT here soon. Iraq will not be any Western-style democracy any time soon, but as long as it's a reasonably pluralistic society at peace with it's neighbors it'll be a clear defeat for the jihadists, which is what it's all about.
