Go for it. They’ve got the numbers to pass it anyway, might as well make them work for it. As long as we present our objections in a principled, rational manner and have alternatives ready, we’ll look good when the Obama program fails.
And then, 2010.
I certainly hope so. Of course, the odds of a successful filibuster are less than me finding why the comments editor isn’t working.

I’m about as far as I can get without starting to plunk down cash to confirm my suspicions. Of course, that isn’t an entirely-bad thing, because it means it’s pretty much narrowed down to something the programmers of the plugins in question can (hopefully) figure out.
Short version – AJAX is nice for end-users when it’s working, but it’s pure evil for programmers.
