I wish her well. I may disagree with her hotly on jurisprudence, but I heard she’s a good person.

And this reminds me: one of the consequences of the last election that few are talking about right now is the prospect of Obama making at least two SCOTUS appointments. That should make anyone who favors founders’ intent and judicial restraint afraid, very afraid.

Sad. Pancreatic cancer is rarely associated with good outcomes.

Given the choice, I’d like her off the bench, but happily retired somewhere, playing canasta and figuring out where to catch the early bird…
