I have read the description of “Partial Birth Abortion” before. Any loving,caring person who reads it and still thinks that this is acceptable really needs to question how they arrive at decisions on anything else. I might suggest that the mother must do some final step in the murder of her child. maybe video tape it for her trophy wall in the den to be shown to the other members of her family.

Going my other comments, people are not aware of what partial birth abortion is. First I want to say, I am not for or against abortions, EARLY TERM, but this doctor performed partial birth abortions, where the baby is alive, full-term and murdered. It still does not mean he deserves to be murdered. Do some checking, know what you are commenting on.

The real tragedy here is that it is going to make someone who murdered countless children into a martyr.

Perhaps an even greater tragedy will be that the young man who was murdered in front of the recruitment office by another worthless stinkin POS muzzie puke, will not be!

I am thoroughly disgusted by this washed up media…..time to truly consider hanging a few of these corrupt and villainous traitors! STG!

Mark–how can there possibly be common ground between those who consider abortion murder and those who call it “a woman’s right to choose.” The right to choose murder?

Considering abortion is one of the most divisive moral and political subjects in the U.S., Newsy does a good job here of providing insightful news perspectives from different sides on this recent controversial and tragic event. Obviously, it would be good if those on both sides of this issue could reach some common ground, but like some things, it doesn’t appear this will happen for quite some time in this country.

Dear Gentle Readers,

“However profound our differences as Americans over difficult issues such as abortion, they cannot be resolved by heinous acts of violence,” the president said in a statement issued by the White House.

I will bet that “heinous acts of violence” is not a phrase that the president has ever associated with late-term (read, post-birth) abortions.

Actually, had prominent pro-choice advocates more prominently used that phrase in association with those abortions, one of the consequences may have been that the doctor would not have been murdered yesterday.

All of this said, I commiserate with his wife and other loved ones. She is I am sure in great pain and suffering grievously. No murder is justified.

The guy can call himself a Christian all he wants, and I’m sure Tiller called himself a “Christian”, also. Thank God (literally) I’m not the one who will judge their salvations, but on the surface at least neither exhibited the restraint of their call to Christ. Just because Tiller killed more humans than the arrested killer doesn’t make him “more” guilty, just equally so.

But I’m equally sure this will be used as a call to restrict the practice of Christianity, in spite of the Constitution (drawn up, for the most part, by Christians who had a healthy respect for the practices of non-believers.)
