Come to think of it – it’s safe to say that the Left is history’s biggest group of mass murderers (Stalin, Mao, Castro, Chavez, Kim, etc.). All of these fine progressive leaders are hotly defended by the Left in this country.

You won’t see aspiring conservative politicians vying for his favor and endorsement. You won’t see half-witted celebrities holding fund-raisers and marches demanding he should be freed, or inviting him to be an honored speaker at their events (even from jail). You won’t see conservatives setting him up as a tenured professor where he’s free to urge more violence and spew more hatred for decades.

On the other hand, you leftists do all this, and more, for killers like Ayers, Mumia, and the like.

It’s not inaccurate to say there are extremists on both sides, but it is misleading to cherry-pick one or two examples on the Left to justify the dozens of more recent examples on the Right.
