That statement SHOULD have read, “His remarks came as another former Saturday Night Live joke, Al Franken,…”

Unfortunately, Franken is a clown, not a joke, and Baldwin is a serious challenge to everything the Founding Fathers found dear, including Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, kinda like his idol, His Hollowness.

The upside to this? 30 Rock, a series I find to be so pathetically unfunny and full of cliches, may finally end. Unfortunately, that’s not worth the potential harm a moron like Baldwin could inflict as a senator. I wouldn’t trust that guy to be a high school treasurer. Sheesh, why is it actors think they’re so qualified to hold political office? Yeah, Regagan did it, but he actually worked for it. What has Baldwin, Franken or those other pinheads done… y’know, besides star in poorly-made pieces of crap?

Democrats should be quaking in their boots. Republicans would only have to face folks like Baldwin in a general. Something tells me egomaniacs like Baldwin wouldn’t want to wait for an open seat. I smell primary challenges.

Of course, as Hannity pointed out recently, that audio tape of that fat piece of crap yelling at his daughter would get played endlessly during a campaign. An opponent couldn’t buy that kind of attack ad with all the money in the world.

“Hurl Alert!” And people are surprised to learn that the American public is more in tune with Hollywood and celebrities than with the US Constitution, our voting rights/laws, basic economic theory, etc.! We have a SuperStar in the White House now… it is all about coverage, staying in the limelight. Unfortunately, I reside in New Mexico… you know these idiots will vote for Kilmer, just like California and Minnesota. Hollywood has been trying to shove the liberal agenda down our throats for years with scripts; now they can just have the celebrities take over Washington and run it their way.
