RNC House recruitment for 2010 looks promising

It’s much too detailed of a post for me to quote a small portion from, so make sure you click this link to read Jim Geraghty’s round-up of good RNC House recruiting news for 2010 candidates. As Geraghty explains, next year will be the first year since 2004 that national Republicans won’t be running against a strong wind, so we may see our first opportunity to reverse the stinging losses we faced in 2006 and 2008.

His brief descriptions of some of them are intriguing – some are veterans, some are businessmen. I can’t wait to read more about them later tonight when I have the time to research.

As Obama’s “change” leaves less and less change in the pockets of American families, some of those voters may very well say “enough” out of frustration and turn to the GOP. We shall see.

If Republicans would start acting more like conservatives than “Democrats Lite”, they would do much better at the polls, I daresay… :-?

Amen, Camojack. Where are they? It has seemed while one ‘Czar’ after another is appointed, our borrowed trillions are tossed around like pocket change at a casino and His Hollowness’ Socialist agenda blazes through like a freight train, the GOP seems to be wandering in the wilderness hardly raising a hand to protest.

All too often we conservatives have been spoon-fed a pap of how-great-a-conservative-this-guy-is, only to find out later that he has a hammock hanging in the donkey “big tent”.

While I’m sure there could be some real conservatives on the list (unlike a McCain, Steele or Bush conservative), it would be wise to vet each name on the list from a truly conservative point of view before dropping a stinkin’ dime on any of them.

Cain says “They Think You’re Stupid”. Lists like this tend to remove any doubt.
