The Sonia Sotomayor confirmation hearings

Posted by: Sister Toldjah on July 13, 2009 at 9:05 am

I’ll be away most of the morning, but several blogs and political sites will have wall to wall coverage of the first day of the Sonia Sotomayor SCOTUS confirmation hearings. Keep it tuned to Malkin, Hot Air, SCOTUSblog, and C-SPAN for all the latest.

I’ll check back in when I can.

=)) Drudge has a photo up of the “Wise Latina woman” being schooled by the old white guys. =)) Talk about ironical. – Lorica

The hearings on Sotomayor, as I see it, have a predetermined outcome. I do, however suppose they will serve a purpose in that both sides and all senators on the committee will have their moment in the sun in front of the T.V. cameras—politicians love this. Voices on the left and on the right will be heard today on most networks, thats unusual in many ways.
