Via CNN:

The CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll was conducted just before and just after the president’s speech, with 427 adult Americans questioned by telephone. The survey’s sampling error is plus or minus 5 percentage points.

The sample of speech-watchers in this poll was 45 percent Democratic and 18 percent Republican. Our best estimate of the number of Democrats in the voting age population as a whole indicates that the sample is about 8-10 points more Democratic than the population as a whole.

… from an article claiming that support for ObamaCare rose by “double-digits” after watching his speech last night. Gee, ya think?

Jeez, CNN might as well have sampled the Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow fan clubs.

To paraphrase Vice President John Nance Garner’s famous observation, CNN’s “poll” is about as useful as a bucket of warm p***.

They would get as accurate a poll if they polled Democrat congresspeople, leaving out, of course, the blue dogs.

Typically, CNN is again not only leading the cheerleading for His Hollowness but is so far in the tank for him they’re in danger of drowning.

I wonder if they’ll ever get around to a “scientifically accurate” poll?

Rasmussen shows that while those “strongly disapproving” remain almost unchanged, those who were previously “somewhat approving” were now more likely to go with “strongly approve”, but for the most part those approving and those disapproving remained the same.

In other words, CNN managed to overload their poll with the only group that actually moved, but even then, it was only the level of their approval that changed.
