Even with the Panthers comeback victory last week against the Redskins [1], both they and the Bucs are still cellar dwellers in the NFC South, with the Cats being 1-3 and the Bucs still winless at 0-5. Obviously, the Cats are going to try and turn this into a winning streak, while the Bucs are hungry for win number one and would like to do it on their home turf.
