It's nice to hear a little whistle blowing, but their rebate program still is based on the premise that you have to make carbon based fuel go up in price to make people want to change over to "cleaner" options. They dress it up with the "rebate will go back to the consumers", but can you tell me when the government ever freely gave money back to the people? Seems they always play around with it first and take their cut. Since they are both lawyers working at the EPA you wonder how they go their jobs and who they owe. I bet they know a lot more than they are telling us. No matter how you dress it up, it’s just another government scam.
