You got that right Zippy! And he had the gall to make another campaign stop, I mean, “town hall” with a few hundred of his carefully selected town hall attendees to trump up a high speed rail line in Tampa, FL….hey, how about getting one for PA? We have the worst expressway in history leading to Philly!!!

Does that qualify as a green industry? (I thought rails were related to infrastructure.) More government boondoggles to follow I am sure…and expansion of the government.

How about manufacturing a product that everyone would want to buy and we could export????

About the front page: It’s too bad Duh-1 and every jackass in the country can’t see the connection between his failed policies and the plant closing. I hate to say this, but GWB (yes, THAT GWB, the semi-socialist) would have had the economy on the uptick by the first of last December.

And high-speed trains and light rail? If you can find an unbiased study (there are some out there) you will find a) they never pay for themselves, even if you don’t include the incredible cost to build them to begin with, and b) there is no significant transfer of ridership to them as opposed to the people using their own transportation. Most of the ridership comes from those already using government-subsidized mass trans.

Hate to wish my life away but I long for the day when he is out of office. Can he please take Nancy Pelosi with him..and the rest (the Gilligan’s Island theme is playing in my head right now)..
