Sanchez mean by federal legislation?” Federal legislation is the amendment of the current immigration laws with pro-amnesty, and pro open-borders immigration reform. When more than a third of Americans are either Tea Partyers themselves or otherwise related to or close friends with one or more as a recent pole revealed, you can’t propagandize lies effectively.

Furthermore, it is clear that the national campaign advocating border enforcement without amnesty is very popular with the vast majority of Americans. That wasn’t true in early 2006 when people like me were called racists and xenophobes by many of these same Americans but now that they know the facts, they know better.

Propagandizing lies into such a large and fast growing majority of typical mainstream Americans that is committed to one side serves only to further undercut the government’s credibility. It is very difficult to see how our ruling elites can become less popular when they are already at rock bottom but they seem determined to do their best to find a way.

So keep it up Sanchez & La Raza (not racist?) friends, stupid people like you preaching stupid lies are the best recruitment tool for us Tea Partyers. And it costs us nothing.

I can’t speak to the political situation in California as I only lived there for a short time (less than one year) and absolutely hated it. But I can speak for the political situation here in Texas where I’ve lived most of my life. Hispanics in Texas tend to be very conservative. Being white, I’m a minority here in this part of Texas. I’ve yet to hear a single person here in Texas in any political office, either white or hispanic, say anything negative about the Arizona law. Texas is also a major transit area for illegal aliens. And most people in Texas want the government, ANY GOVERNMENT, to get a handle on the flow of illegal aliens across our border. It affects everyone here in Texas, white and hispanic, and not in a good way. No one is immune to the problems caused by the constant flow of illegal aliens. For any politician to bring race into the mix is absolutely irresponsible. At least the politicians here in Texas understand that.

these claims of racism are made by liberals because in the past that was all they had to do and people would just cave in to their demands. thankfully that no longer seem to be the case. in the case of this colonization of our country the racism is really on the part of its adherents. its main purpose is to make whites a minority of the population. thats racist! someone should tell ole linda that the vast majority of hispanics(an ethnic group not a race) including herself are caucasians. there is no anthropologic hispanic race. hispanics come in all races. the hispanic race is an invention of the democratic party aimed at keeping hispanics from aligning politically with other white people. hows that for racism.
