You’ve now got your two liberal activist justices on the SCOTUS. I pray they are the only two you’ll get, and that the next SCOTUS retirement happens during a Republican administration.

Especially considering the cards that are on the table …

There are some very big cards on the table. No one who voted for Kagan today cares about America or The Constitution. This is very depressing. It’s a very dark day in American history.

How ’bout “the clowns that are now on the court” instead of “the cards that are now on the table”? Seems to fit better.

I don’t know if the MSM and the Senate jackasses are willfully stupid or flat out liars, but there is no way this sorry excuse for a court officer is anything less than a political hack ideologue that, like her appointer, doesn’t give a rat’s patootie about the Constitution, and views it as a simple minor impediment to implementing an America our Founding Fathers would recoil from in abject horror.

But I suspect it is a combination of stupidity and lying.

And we just so proud of we rep-resen-ta-tive, Little ole Lindsey Graham who magnani-mous-ly helped usher her right into those robes. I can’t wait to vote that sorry excuse for a human being out of office. The last e-mail I sent him, I told him I would be sending him some empty boxes to pack his office come next election. But, alas, he and I both know he will have wreaked so much havoc by then, what difference will it make?

This all fits into the progressive agenda, who cares if she’s qualified. Like camojack said, this is still the status quo.

Personally I wouldn’t want to be Kagan now…I hope all the qualified judges give her the cold shoulder, look down their nose at her (like Obama does to anyone who questions him) and that she comes to her senses and realizes teaching and administrating are a whole lot different that reading law and making decisions that actually affect the lives of all Amercians. (that of course is if she has an actual brains to figure out where she really is… it ain’t harvard or the white house, dear)

I don’t give a rip about Kagan’s scholarly qualifications, that she is a serial lawbreaker (forbidding military recruiters on Harvard’s oh-so-precious campus), disqualifies her ever serving in a judicial capacity in the US. Or at least the mythical US of my hazy memory, that was founded upon rule of law.

Anyway ST, you’re much more restained than I am. Me, I swore like a blogmistress.

Sister, God helps those who help themselves! We can assure no more pagans (excuse me, Kagans) on the Supreme Court by overwhelmingly electing pubs in the upcoming election!
