My lame, inadequate “Happy Birthday, Marines!” post

Didn’t want to let the afternoon go by without wishing the USMC a happy 235th birthday. Wish I had more time to post a more fitting tribute, but my blog access is severely limited right now so this will have to do.

Thanks, guys and gals, for all that you do and continue to do (and sacrifice) in the name of freedom. May God bless you and your families.

And, of course, Semper Fi. :)

    This is also my little Brother’s birthday. He found out that he shares this day with the Corps as he was filling out his recruitment papers. This Marine recruiter told him then. LOL So lucky for him he did get cake for his birthday the whole time he was in the Corps.
