The 1-8 Panthers are dwelling in the NFC South’s cellar, while the visiting Baltimore Ravens are tied with Pittsburgh atop the AFC North at 6-3. The Ravens are also coming off a 9 day break, which should make them extra super hungry to put another notch in their win belts. As usual, there really isn’t anyone here in Charlotte who is optimistic that the Cats can pull this one out, but the tailgating and desire to enjoy an afternoon of good football weather should be enough to bring a fair amount of fans out to the game.
I’m with mom visiting dad in the hospital, and we’ll watch as much of the game as we can stand. ![]()
Game time is 1pm ET and it will be broadcast on CBS.
Update: No surpise here: The Panthers lose to the Ravens 37-13.

How about my EAGLES !! :d
Tough year for the Cats Dear!!!
“How about my EAGLES !!”
Indeed! As a Giants fan it never ceases to amaze me how the G-men find new and exciting ways to lose. Just when I think I’ve seen it all, I watch the Giants give up a 50 yard TD run on a 4TH AND ONE!!!!! Seriously?!?!?
Then Manning slides, head first, and fumbles the ball essentially ending that game.
Somebody please……make it stop.
