Merry Christmas, y’all :)

Wanted to post a quick note to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas. As of this writing, the weather forecasters are still predicting Charlotte will have a white Christmas – the guessing game is to how much now we will get and what time it will actually start. They’re saying around mid-afternoon going into the evening, so at this point it’s just a waiting game. This would be Charlotte’s first white Christmas since 1947.

Would also like to take a moment to thank our troops and their families for all the sacrifices they continue to make in the name of freedom. Military moms and dads, brothers and sisters miss their loved ones all the time, but I’m sure they do even more around the holidays. So here’s to the families and those serving in a foreign land. May God bless you and keep you safe. For those military families who won’t be seeing their loved ones come home for this Christmas or any other, you have my deepest and sincerest gratitude. May God surround you with comfort and warmth and fond memories of your lost loved one(s) this holiday season.
