This is my first time at your blog, but as a South Carolinian, married to a conservative Southern woman, I like it a lot!

Regarding Islam, I’ve never seen an issue which displayed such a remarkable degree of intentional ignorance. The mainstream media, academia…heck, even the church, have dropped the ball all the way to Mecca on this one!

I appologize if this seems abrubt. If you choose to be a reporter and get yourself into the hottest parts of the world to gain fame, you can hardly expect to be treated as if your were reporting on the Macy’s day parade.
When you go play in dangerous places you are going to be treated accordingly. If you do not wish to be molested by Islamic savages, do not put yourself in thier company.

This was a horribly despicable crime against this woman. Assault of this nature is incomprehensible. What I don’t understand is why, knowing how women are treated in this part of the world..and there is no control against such a thing as happening, why an American female reporter would want to be there, especially knowing how they feel/believe about women and especially Americans, in general.

I’m a firm believer in equal rights for all, but.. there are places where women just..do not belong for obvious reasons. It’s naive to believe in your safety when in places that are not on your home court.

Of course they enjoyed her pain. She was “uncovered meat” as the imam said and no one blames the cat for getting into the uncovered meat. If she speaks out only about the dangers for female journalists, she is remaining wilfully blind and silent.

I’m sure that, if any of the attackers could prove they were died-in-the-wool socialists (shouldn’t be too hard if they are good little muzzies), they could apply for a position in the WH as “czar” for Islamic social affairs or somesuch.

The “socialist” part would be the tipping point for the admin.

This quote sums up the ignorance Edwin Leap (#5) commented on. She was struck by how merciless they were and that they really enjoyed her pain and suffering.
I’ve, at times, contemplated these same comments coming from the tolerant and liberal crowd some time in the future, only here in America when it’s too late. The book/movie “The Time Machine” comes to mind as a simple analogy; the Eloi being the progressive, elitist class who become literal cattle to the Islamic, caliphate cannibals (the Morlocks).

The left has aligned themselves with “the religion of peace” in the ultimate hypocrisy – the liberal left typically has both a spoken and unspoken hatred of anything in the name of religion and the state, yet Islam is the quintessential definition of an intolerant theocracy and they willfully embrace it. The Koranic dictates of Sharia law is everythinig the “tolerant left” supposedly opposes with every fiber of their being, yet the silence is deafening on the bald-faced destructive and evil tenets of Islam.

Naturally, the justifying argument they continually pose is that we (the West) have imposed this retribution on ourselves, and that if we’d drop the “imperialist, colonial, corporate interference” we could all dance together with the unicorns and butterflies under the peaceful eye of mother Gaia and the earth elves. The reality that they refuse to admit or understand is that Islam is not only destructive to its own people (especially women and children), it significantly condemns to death all infidels who do not conform – that’s not only all Jews, Christians and other religions, but even those “tolerant” progressive liberals who claim no religion. In the end, they will either claim Islam and call Allah their god or they will die. Period.

Why does it take 10 years to train an Arab to march and fire a gun,when in the civilised countries boot camp is 3 months. Arabs are lost in time,they did not develope with the west and are closer to the animal kingdom.(truth)They like hunting in packs and only the strongest leads.They always wait for the rest of the mob to make a move and don’t mind being ruled by the alpha male.
How can you expect these Arabs to form a democracy when it isn’t in their culture and they have not formed the part of the brain for individual thinking.
I believe that is why Islam is so strong. It does not need free thinkers ,but just blind followers.That’s why Iraq is going backwards and Afghanistan cannot be won.
The US and it’s allies should leave and let mob rule.It will in the end anyway.

My last blog post regarding the blindness of the left in the name of “tolerance” is similar to some of the comments made here. We cannot be “good enough”, “nice enough”, give in enough, gave them more land – nothing will appease them except our deaths or conversion to Islam. Those are the two choices and, until the left wakes up, we will end up with Sharia law here and God helps us women.
