You and me both ST. I had such high hopes. We’re picking the next president. My dog will be able to beat Obama next year. Since any of them (except maybe Ron Paul) will beat Obama, let’s get a conservative that will actually seal the borders, drill for oil and play to win the wars. Instead we have a collection that goes from bat bleep crazy to Obama lite. Thanks GOP…

I won’t be watching, either. The 2008 disaster is repeating itself again. In 2008 the GOP nominated a candidate who had only four years before flirted with being Kerry’s running mate. Now the GOP is heading towards nominating a failed one-term governor of a deep blue state who was the intellectual godfather of ObamaCare. Howard Dean could not have written a better script – for Democrats.

I watched much of it. Interesting how the actual politicians circle the wagons against the outsider, with frequent pizza jokes and sneering commentary on the 999 plan.

After, Cain is only a businessman, with no understanding of the working of the ‘real’ world in Washington.

Now, perhaps Cain is naive in thinking that the governing class would ever unite to make improvements instead of political points, but if so, it is the sort of naivete I can respect.

It’s all fodor for SNL…unfortantely, some of the candidates deserve it. I didn’t watch this debate either. THe real ideas are getting lost in the rhetoric and bashing. I wish they would have a true debate based on one issue at a time at this point to give you some insight of the depth of each candidates knowledge. It’s become so superficial!

If anything, the American public who want honest change and are tired of the Washington insiders will carefully consider this during the primaries…once they get done fighting over who goes first and what counts!
