Panthers at the Colts

Posted by: ST on November 27, 2011 at 12:32 pm

Hey y’all – still enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday with la familia, and getting ready to watch a Panthers game we just might win – against the Colts. With Manning out for the season, the Colts’ year has been dismal, while the Panthers have been “in it to win it” in almost every game this year – thanks in large part to QB Cam Newton.

Am hoping the Cats win for more than one reason: I’m 3-0 in the football pool so far and picked the Cardiac Cats to win. :)

Game time is 1 pm ET and it will be broadcast on Fox.

What games are you watching today?

We get some really lousy games today, though Raiders-Bears might be a good one. (Go Bears!) The 49ers lost on Turkey Day, so they’re off. Good thing, too; after the offensive line did their best impression of a turnstile (9 sacks, guys?), they need the extra practice.

Redzone channel here — all of the games in live highlight form!

Jets-Bills seems to be the big one of this morning…

….the Cats came thru! Wooot! Woooot!

    (Go Raiders!!)

Glad to see your team made it through, ST. The more practice games like this Cam has, the better he will be.

IF he has the native, innate football intelligence he needs. I’m not convinced yet he has the dosage of that that he needs to be a top-flight, remember-his-name forever QB, but he will become at the least one of the better QBs of this generation.

A proud Tebow Fan from Florida . Go Timmy make those Libs and naysayers squirm.

The league will allow Timmy to have his time in the spotlight, but eventually he will be physically targeted because the vast majority of owners and players cannot afford to have a proclaiming Christian exhibit his faith on the field like Tebow does.

My guess is that he will have a career-ending injury before the end of the next football season. All due to a perfectly “legal” hit, understand, but a career ender anyway.
