This morning on GMA, ABC legal analyst Dan Abrams cited the possibility of a brain tumor or epilepsy.

“if Bryson had a pre-existing condition such as a tumor or epilepsy, “it’s possible” that he would not be held legally responsible for the series of crashes.”

I believe Abrams is incorrect. Seems to me that epilepsy or other such pre-existing condition threatening to render him unconscious or otherwise seriously impaired without warning would bring into question why Mr Bryson was issued a drivers license in the first place.

I also am glad that no one was seriously injured.

But think of the difference in tone from the Left if a prominent conservative had been involved in an accident.
