#HeadlineFail: NBC/News21 asks if photo ID laws will “keep down” the black vote

Um, yeah – because it’s already being suppressed already or something. o=>

So, like I suspect this article – along with another in what promises to be a “series” of such by “student journalists” – are designed to get the average American to stop supporting efforts at keeping the voter rolls honestly maintained so as to cut down on instances of fraud, but couldn’t they at least try for some semblance of balance with the headline – if for no other reason than to at least give off the pretense to readers that they care about unbiased reporting??

Sigh …

It doesn’t just sound like it, GWR, they DO think blacks are too stupid. Not only to get state-issued IDs, but anything else, too, except how to fill out welfare papers.

And Latinos, too. And any other ethnic vicyim group, both now and in the future except, of course, for certain Asian groups.

And speaking of that headline, I once had a boss who said there were 25 ways of calling someone an idiot and that 24 would get them angry. It was the job of his employees to find the 25th way. Sounds like that’s advice the LSM could use ’cause obviously they’re calling minorities too dumb to function in this society…

Across the river from here, in Pennsylvania, a voter ID law is going into effect for this fall’s election. The usual suspects in Philadelphia have been going berserk over it (hey, it’s not easy for a dead person to show up and apply for the ID, ya know?). The MSM rags in Philly are in full attack mode against the law. They’ve had either a lead news story or a lead editorial almost every day about how election fraud doesn’t exist, or how it’s impossible for minorities to get an ID, or some other similar nonsense. The Democrats and the ACLU have of course filed a lawsuit to prevent the law from taking effect.

Well, today the judge in the case handed down his ruling denying any injunction. The Democrats’ only hope now is the PA Supreme Court, where they hope to get at least one GOP-appointed judge to do a John Roberts and vote to overturn the law.

Meanwhile, I can’t wait to hear the shrieks and moans from the Philly papers tomorrow. It oughta be fun.

The Democrats and the ACLU have of course filed a lawsuit to prevent the law from taking effect.

Someone should tell them that a recent Washington Post poll had Democrats supporting voter ID laws by 60%.
Sounds like the party isn’t getting their “Victimization Outcry Of The Week” mailers out in time for the word to spread.
C’mon Dems, get your propaganda arm back on the presses. They’re sleeping on the job.

– Everything on this from the Obama admin is that this is NOT “amnesty” and does NOT make the illegals “legal”…

– So if the Left erupts at Gov Brewers clarifications of Fed policy, does that mean they don’t agree with the One? or do they think he lied?

– What it means is, the Obama gestoppo tried an end run, providing a means for illegals to get ID so they could vote illegally and Brewer just trumped their ace, so the Left may lose another block of illegal votes, and they’ll screach and howl and say whatever pops into their empty heads.

– All of which proves once again the so-called ‘elites’ are not very smart, but we already knew that.

When we see Black Panther party members blocking the entrance to a polling booth in Philly, and they end up being let off with a slap on the wrist, its easy to see what party is really guilty of voter fraud.
In Ohio, Democrats are trying to take away the Military vote, even though those Military folks have voter ID. Of course you never hear the Liberal Media talking about this. Its always about that poor lazy ass black or hispanic person who’s too busy beating up some white folks at a festival, to bother going to get an ID.
Elections are only held a few times each year, and only once every four years for President. So in all that time between elections what keeps these lazy folks from taking just a little bit of their time away from watching TV and going to the many places available to get themselves an ID.
Of course Illegals are often voting so its natural they don’t want to be registered to vote. Still they manage to get fraudulent Drivers Licenses, Green cards and so many other phony pieces of identifications. Why would they even need another piece of identification. lol

– Obama’s “Not amnesty program” requires extensive and provable documentation to be shown by any illegal immigrent in order to qualify.

– Obtaining a simple photo ID however, is horribly complicated and would “disenfranchise” scores of voters.

– Up is down, right is left, white is black, and Chachi loves Richie.

BBHunter – excellent example.
Very similar to the recent NAACP meeting Holder attended in Houston where he called voter ID laws “poll taxes”, yet everyone who attended this meeting was required to show a photo ID at the door to get in.
