If heterosexuals were permitted to marry a member of the same-sex then I could understand the ‘equality’ issue however since homosexuals, like heterosexuals, are permitted to enter into marriage with a member of the opposite sex then what Gay activists are demanding are special rights above everyone else.

Gay activists are not seeking equality-they are already equal under the law-what they seek is inequality wth special rights afforded only to their sexual behavior.

There seems to be a mind set peculiar to politics that if one is “for” anything they are automatically rabidly “against” any alternative. As I understand it, Chick-Fil-A never supported groups that actually attacked gays, they simply supported groups that supported traditional marriage, resulting in their being mischaracterized as being “hostile” to gays. If we are to be “fair” about applying this sort of mind set, is the gay lobby willing to be openly characterized as being rabidly “hostile” to traditional marriage? Why is it any different?

Also, I’d like to hear the gay lobby’s position on all Muslim owned businesses in the country. Any lawsuits started in this arena? Yeah, didn’t think so.
