One would think the left could come up some other name to call those who disagree with them, other than a word that describes more than most negative terms what the left really is all about.

I would also think one would want to be familiar with such terms so that, just in case one didn’t wish to make a fool of oneself, one could use somewhat more fitting terms?

If you’ll open your mind just a wee little bit there, Perry, you’ll find the term “fascist” actually describes Islamism quite accurately. I know it’s tough, since people like you normally associate the term almost exclusively to anyone to the right of, say, Nazi Pelousy or Chucky Cheesy Schumer, but try to get beyond your lousy education, please.

And with that failure we lost not only a base from which to confront the Iranian fascists and to build a pro-Western, constitutional, and reasonably democratic bulwark for the ever-skittish Arabs to the west and south, but we are at serious risk of losing everything we won from 2003 to 2008, when the Surge broke the back of al Qaeda in Iraq and brought the recalcitrant Anbar tribes over to our side.

We should not have been there to begin with, as have our lies been well documented by now. One might then question who are the fascists, and do they deserve our support?
