The cost of insurance will fall because there won’t be any services to pay for!

Why, heck, the insurance companies can cut their premiums by 75%, and they’ll still be making money hand-over-fist because there won’t be any of those niggling reimbursements to health care providers!

Problem solved!

‘Course, the service will be worse than any found in deepest, darkest Africa or in the Amazon forest (not to mention all those places where single-payer, guvmint-run systems abound in the European Soviet), but what the heck, the costs are lower.
