		<description><![CDATA[Y&#039;all are missing the point here, people.  The point isn&#039;t to make guns unavailable to everyone, including criminals.

The point is to pass legislation that can a) make the legislators who pass it feel good about doing something (usually &quot;for the children&quot;) and b) increase government control over the lives of law-abiding citizens.

Lawbreakers have always been with us, and always will be.  The intent of criminal legislation is to keep those who obey those laws in line.

And such is the story of a country once proud to boast its freedom.]]></description>
