I thought Hillary didn’t like doing the Sunday shows? Remember the 60 minute lovefest was taped. So when she made her claim at the hearings she knew she’d b on 60 Minutes. What a joker.

This has been orchestrated for years. Since the ’08 election.
I’m convinced that the Obama and Clinton teams were just as surprised as anyone when Obama came out of left field and took the carpet right out from under Hillary’s feet in ’08, thanks primarily to the media lovefest switch.
Since then they’ve been positioning Hillary to be the successor to Obama. Recall the help Bill has given to Obama the last four years – why would he do that unless he wanted something in return?
You think it’s bad now? Wait and watch the orgy the media will have with Hillary (and Bill, because we get two for one, remember?) as 2016 gets closer. And Obama will be the good boy and do his part with his typical b.s. speeches and interviews praising her.

The 60 Minutes display was disgusting… but expected. No matter which Democrat wins the next presidential campaign–0bama wants to be on the team. He is just not ready to relinquish power and the royal treatment. And the idea that 4 murdered Americans, who begged for assistance but got NONE, is simply not a big deal demonstrates how these elitists see themselves and the rest of us.

This appearance on “60 Minutes”, a.k.a. “The Obhammud Hour” is nothing more than cheap political theater. For either to trust the other brings to mind the old “Spy vs. Spy” back page comics from “Mad” magazine. Do not forget the Obhammuds were not invited to Chelsea’s wedding though they were in town at the time. It’s a bi*ch thing; given the way Obhammud discards people, let’s see how quickly this develops into a pissing contest and who Obhammud backs in 2016.

I’m with Phineas on this one. Powers sometimes does a better job of skewering the leftists than conservatives do – but for some reason then concludes that the solution to failed liberalism is – more liberalism.

More to the point of ST’s post though, is this: only a few days ago, Sharyl Attkisson posted a long set of good, serious, questions about Libya and Benghazi that needed to be asked. So here’s Steve Kroft – who, amazingly, works for the same CBS network employing Attkisson - and does he ask even one of those pointed questions? Nope. Someone needs to grill him and ask him why he deliberately avoided any of those questions. I mean, asking them required no brain work on his part – Attkisson did all the thinking for him. All he’d have needed to do would be read them off the teleprompter. And even Obama knows how easy that is.

Kirsten Powers is interesting. She’s another of those liberal pundits who occasionally sees her side for what it is, but fails to connect the dots, so to speak. I suspect she’s another of those who I think are potential escapees to some form of conservatism or libertarianism, a la Stossel.
