Bad news for NC biz owners: Obama reportedly planning post-SOTU visit

Via WLOS and Politico [1]:

President Obama is planning to visit North Carolina next Wednesday, the day after he delivers the State of the Union Address, according to WLOS-ABC7.

WLOS reported  [2]based on anonymous sources that it will be a day trip to Asheville but did not provide futher details.

A White House official did not immediately confirm or deny the report or provide more information.

Hopefully he’s not visiting to tout a North Carolina business’ job creation success. That’s turned out to be the kiss of death [3] for a few NC businesses over the last few years.
