If the manufacturers were really smart, they’d refuse to sell to ANY jurisdiction that infringed upon the Second Amendment, notwithstanding what the egghead fools of the courts have said about the “constitutionality” of any such laws.

And, of course, when only the government has arms, the fool judges will be one of the first major groups to understand exactly why the Second Amendment was put there.

Just before the bullet from a government gun eliminates them…

There could be reasons of legal liability under NY law at play as well. Several ammunition manufacturers such as Speer have moved their facilities to ID because a state law there prohibits lawsuits against them in the normal use of their products, i.e. someone being shot with one their rounds seeking damages in court.
