I expect it will be very difficult to obtain a NY concealed carry permit for tobacco.

Where does Gloomberg find the authority to be savior of the world? No matter what the best medical minds in America have to say about tobacco, millions of new smokers will light up every year.

Or perhaps what he’s really interested in is an opportunity to seize more power. It’s consistent with everything else he’s done in office.

Mayor Bloomberg is concerned about people living longer, especially the youth of today, because they are the ones who will have to pay back all the deficits of the governments spending and pilfering. They have to stay alive to balance their long term spending sprees.

Perfect solution, given the sterling product being regularly belched forth (whether before or, in rare cases, after graduation) by NYC’s public school system.

What a radical idea! Let’s enforce the laws already on the books – whoever thought of that one? (sarc) I guess this mayor really has too much time on his hands. Do you suppose he sits at his mayor desk writing out lists of things he can legislate out of existence and/or control? Obviously, he has nothing better to do like run city government.
