Since all those cruise ships are sailing under foreign flags (and not US), the passengers can take their lawsuit briefs and use them for toilet paper since they will accomplish nothing. If the ship companies are to go out of business due to market forces that is their fault; they will not need help from the commiecrats in going broke.

Watch for it; Stuck somewhere in the bill will be a hardly-noticeable part that, when interpreted by a great judicial mind, will indicate that it is a god(small “g”)-given right for anyone on government assistance of any kind to be given passage on one of those cruise lines, once a year.

After all, doesn’t everyone have the right to a vacation every year? Lord knows, our Golfer-in-Chief and his lard-laden sweetie have set the standard there.

People don’t read what they sign…and if they ever read the manifesto printed out by the cruise lines that goes along with their rights on the high seas, etc, they wouldn’t go on a cruise.

It is legal silliness at it’s best… and why shouldn’t Schumer the the MC for this Alice in Wonderland romp on the M. S. S. Debt.
