Agonal breathing .. the death rattle. The last gasping breaths before death. Cruel and unusual punishment..? For someone who committed a heinous crime? .. mmm No. There was a time that prisoners didn’t have rights once convicted. Did his loving family consider the torment of the victim of his crime?

.. Everyone wants to be compensated monetarily to punish those who have punished them (in their mind).. Denial goes a long way in making excuses but it gets old real quick.

Hey, if they don’t like the fact that the drugs took so long, they could always have used a rope.

I’m guessing that the 13 or 15 or 25 minutes it took him to croak were still less than the time it took his victim to die.

Currently, there are five methods of capital punishment used in the US: shooting, hanging, gassing, electrocution, and lethal injection. A Wyoming lawmaker has introduced a bill to switch to shooting due to the expense involved in constructing a new death chamber.

Maybe we could add “snipping” a la Kermit Gosnell as an accepted method. You know, the old medical school instructional model: see one, do one, teach one. He could demonstrate his abortion clinic skills.
