Hillary Clinton doesn't drive? This probably isn't a bad thing...

Via Fox News:

Hillary Clinton hasn’t gotten behind the wheel in a long, long time.

The former first lady and potential 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, who has had drivers for much of her three decades in public life, said Monday that she hasn’t driven a car since 1996. Clinton made the confession at the National Automobile Dealers Association meeting in New Orleans.

“The last time I actually drove a car myself was 1996,” the 66-year-old Clinton told the audience. “And I remember it very well, and so does the Secret Service, which is why I haven’t driven since then.”

Clinton also revealed: “I’ve always enjoyed stories about cars and adventure. And I have to confess that one of the greatest disappointments about my public life is that I cannot drive anymore. And my husband thinks that’s a blessing. But he’s the one who should talk.”

I wouldn’t exactly be too surprised by this. It’s been rumored that she’s been chauffeured around in a chariot fit for a queen for decades …

This is upscale or high-end welfare, living with all the trappings of Medieval royalty, and all at taxpayer expense. It is like the old Columbus joke. They do not know where they are going and, once there, do not know where they are and on returning cannot tell you where they have been. And it is all done on someone else’s dime.

    She’s a non-driving example for all women!!!

    Amirite?

  3. Nate says:

I understand she enjoys the occasional tipple, as well.

    Oh, who am I kidding…

I heard she can knock ‘em back like a pro. Maybe we’re better off that she’s not driving.

Did she just tell a couple of women-driver jokes, one of which even includes the little woman with the condescending husband? That’s not acceptable in today’s progressive America.

Did she just admit to being unable to perform a basic skill that even teenagers can master? That’s worse than Bush and the grocery checkout incident.

I can’t wait to hear the left tear her to shreds over these grievous offenses against PC standards.

After all the lies she has told across decades of public life, do I even believe this trivial pronouncement? Nope.

Does it make me feel all warm and fuzzy about her? Nope.

Am I wondering when a house will fall on her?
