I think the whole thing is surreal. Imus has obviously lost his mind, and so the Wascally Weverend has stepped right into the fray to make a bad situation worse.

Imus won’t lose his job over this, because he makes too much money for WFAN and MSNBC. And all the pols slaver to appear on his show.

I cant stand Sharpton, but I dont agree with the view that he’s a racist. Certainly, he’s a manipulative ambulance chaser and an opportunist, but nothing in his resume would make me feel that he hates whites. Sharpton’s circle includes a huge lot of white liberals and Sharpton has gone on record attacking Blacks cops in incidents of police brutality and defending whites in the same regard. And while Tawana Brawley was a huge blow to his credibility, living in New York I can say that I undertood why Sharpton was so quick to defend a Black woman who cried that she was gang-raped by a bunch of cops.

If GW or Rove or any other Republican would of said what Imus said, Howlin’ Al would be screamin’ and dancin’ and sweatin’ like a Pentacostal preacher praisin’ the Lord. Actually, Reverend Al does shop at any clothing store. He rents his suits. He lost a civil judgement related his racial smears in Tawana Brawly case If the Reverend Al actually owned a suit, it could be taken to pay off the outstanding judgement.
