Excellent articles!! I read the one in the WSJ yesterday and it was spot on.

The dems have been screaming for retreat from Iraq since 2004, I cannot imagine what Iraq would be like had we actually done that.

The dems, cowards that they are, are talking about everything BUT Iraq. It seems that before that was all they, and our one party media, was talking about. Yet now that things are actually going well, they all want to talk about something else.

Pathetic, truly pathetic.

Even Barack Obama, who opposed the Iraq troop surge, has finally acknowledged its success. But some of his fellow Democrats in Congress apparently remain unconvinced. Earlier this week, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Armed Services Chairman Carl Levin teamed up to block a vote on a bipartisan resolution “recognizing the strategic success of the troop surge in Iraq” and thanking our men and women in uniform for their efforts.

This is naked partisanship.
