Martha Coakley and her staff must be feeling the pressure of Scott Brown’s rising poll numbers, leading them to stupid knee-jerk, antsy behavior. I’m sure that her head ~~thug~~ ~~goon~~ aide DID intend to shove McCormack, but didn’t intend for him to fall onto the cold, hard pavement. Martha gazing at McCormack at the ground, doing ABSOLUTELY nothing, is the far bigger story here. Someone who claims she’ll bring change and action to the open Senate seat, working hard for the people of Massachusetts, yet, when a physical assault happens right before her eyes, she stands like a mannequin. She’s no Lassie, that’s for sure… she would’ve let poor little Timmy drown in the well. Empty, ideologue rhetoric… all talk and no tamale. I’d bet my favorite Beatles CD that Scott Brown would not only have immediately helped the reporter up, he would have insisted that he be checked out by a doctor, just to be sure there were no injuries.

Let’s hope that more MA voters catch on to Coakley before the special election on Jan. 19. The polls are showing a steady drop for her and a steady rise for Brown.

And, for the record… the Taliban are alive and well and killing Americans in Afghanistan, Martha.

Glad an apology was finally issued by Meehan… I didn’t know that Democrats did that sort of decent thing anymore. Are pigs flying today?

Well, what are you going to believe – a press release from those most ethical of all beings, Congressional Democrats – or your lying eyes?

So…if this was a Republican dirty trick, that means somehow the GOP got inside Meehan’s brain and forced him to shove the reporter. If that mind control technology is out there, then the GOP should have used it on the voters last November. Would’ve saved the country a whole truckload of trouble.

Or maybe the Dems want us to believe it was really George Bush, expertly disguised as Michael Meehan, who did this. Yeah, that’s gotta be it….it’s Bush’s fault!! 8-|

This will not have much effect on the “die-hard Dems in Ma. but it will have a major impact on the Independents; here’s why. The incident took place in Washington D.C. a week before the election while her opponent was humping around in his pickup truck and doing cell phone interviews on the way. She was surrounded by special interest big money people. She fumbled the ball dealing with it afterwards, she said she wasn’t “privy” to information with regards to the incident yet we see on the tape she knew what happened and could have offered help. She totally ignored the guy’s question (Do you stand by your previous statement?) Instead of answering “yes” or “no” she ignored him and asks if “there any other questions” showing that she’s not open to answering legitimate questions NOW, when she’s the top law enforcement officer in the Commonwealth. What’s she going to be like if she gets elected? Her snobbish elitist condescension for the unclean masses and opposing views is apparent. Her stances on Health Care and the war is so out of touch with Independents and the common folk that only a fraudulent election will result in her victory… and that’s a real concern for us Mass. residents.

Yes, Dave B, as with any state with even a hint of blue MA needs to be concerned that, even if the real, legitimate voters of the state gave their favorite jennyass a majority the election will be tainted by union thugs, ACORNs, SEIU, NEA, the homeless and the graveyard vote.

Where is the outrage? Are all citizens of Massachusetts zombies? They pay taxes, too! I suppose it is too much to expect people to start paying attention to all the corruption in the government and vote to stop the current wave!

Most politicians come up through the ranks, but the pollution starts before they ever have that light bulb above their heads and decide to run, “as a public service.”

Heck, we got a whole jail full of better “public servants” than councilors, commissioners or legislators.
