Good stuff and an excellent analysis. Gov Brewer is swinging back at the critics and hitting them hard. Here’s hoping she keeps it up and doesn’t back down.

And who here really believes Brewer’s response will see the light of day in the MSM, unless it’s on page 27 of section Z of Tuesday’s (the most unread of all daily papers) midnight edition?

The liberal left doesn’t care about the facts in this case, just like in any other case. They see a chance to whine, and they’ve taken it.

Now, about those kids who were sent home from school yesterday for wearing American flag t-shirts…

Gregory Kane in the Washington Examiner had a good piece on this yesterday.
Worth reading.
It’s great that some California cities want to boycott Arizona. If they feel that strongly about the bill, then go for it. However, parts of California rely on the Colorado River, flowing through Arizona. Opps… Not to worry, San Francisco doesn’t need water. Ditto for the electric grid. California does not need electricity. They can handle summer…Opps!
The protesters can protest until they are hoarse, but their opinions are useless unless they want to make major personal contributions to Arizona to help the Arizona taxpayers pay for the care and housing of the illegals.
I’m also tired of the argument about illegals paying taxes. I have yet to see an H&R Block Tax Preparation Office open beside a Home Depot, for easy access by day laborers. Do day laborers pay estimated income taxes? Just curious.
In addition, if someone is using a stolen id or Social Security Number to work, who suffers?
People opposing Arizona law need to move to Arizona, become registered voters, pay appropriate taxes, or mind their own business.

Any law can be perverted, any law can be abused. But to operate on that presumption is supporting the enforcement of NO laws, NO rules, is a childish modus operandi of the Left. These statists never grew up, are still in teen “it’s all about me” mode, and are trying to undermine the law before it has even been implemented. Conservatives, on the other hand, understand and accept responsibility, and don’t tolerate those who willfully break laws.

Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon panders to minority special interest groups like La Raza. His grandstanding against the illegal immigration bill, and teaming up yesterday (Cinco de Maya) with Mr. Race-baiter himself, Rev. Al Sharpton, is a disgrace. Phoenix residents need to boot him to the curb when he’s up for reelection. Gordon is one of the key reasons that Phoenix has such a problem with crimes related to illegal immigration. He (and Janet “Incompetano” Napolitano, when governor and before she took her incompetent self to DC to head national security… another disgrace) has tried to undermine Maricopa Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s efforts to curb illegal immigration for years. Last year, following the horrific attack on the East Coast at the Holocaust Museum, Gordon publicly announced within an hour of the shooting that he blamed JOE ARPAIO for the tragedy. What an a$$… Phoenix, get Gordon out. He’s a menace and doesn’t have the city’s (or the state’s) best interests at heart.
