After all these years in Congress, Barney still claims he is incompetent to perform the duties for which he was elected. Seems to me that the House needs to refuse to seat him.

This has to be the idiot statement of the year…..from an esteemed member of congress!

I think this is symptomatic of many in congress, particularly of the democratic persuasion. What they say goes….as Nancy Pelosi stated when the Obamacare bill hadn’t even been read thoroughly. Many parts are under judicial scrutiny now. In their mind determining constitutionality isn’t the job! Oh, so that means they are off the hook or does that mean they haven’t a clue of what the constituion says???? My take…they couldn’t care less what the constituional powers are of congress…they don’t mind overstepping them because they are elite statists who presume to know so much more than their constituents and will prescribe to them how the government SHOULD be run. The constituion be damned.

Barney Frank is an arrogant, sneaky shyster.
The Gay/Marxist Agenda Barney Frank represents IS cultural warfare.
Frank’s only regret is that he didn’t rip off enough from middle-class taxpayers.
Frank’s philosophy is from the “we’ll get ours” school of thought.
There is nothing warm and fuzzy about a crooked Radical Marxist who created the real estate housing mess.
He used the letter of the law to fast-forward banking foreclosures. And now he is hiding behind the letter of the law to save his own skin and obscure how he has profited.
The American families who are facing foreclosure want to know when Frank is going to be convicted.
If Frank had the guts to visit the people whose homes he has put into foreclosure, they would SPIT on him.

OK, remind me. Bawney wants the branch of government that found women had a wispy, smoky penumbra-like constitutional right to abortion over a baby’s real constitutional right to life to figure out if any particular piece of legislation adheres to the guidelines set in the Constitution?
