The elephant in the room is the US Civil Right Commission.
Viewed for a long time as “not a friend of conservatives,” it has, over the last two years, been neutered by the Obama Administration by their claims that the law governing the DOJ is more recent and therefore overrides the law setting up the USCRC.
Perhaps it and the original charter of Civil Rights Division of DOJ have outlived their usefulness.

Oh, I can’t wait for this. Holder is the worst AG since Wilson’s A. Mitchell Palmer. A progressive ideologue of the worst sort, he’s also probably legally corrupt.

Only one cabinet member has been impeached since Grant was president. I really, really want to see Holder be the next.

DOJ is getting a name change, courtesy of Smith’s investigations: Department of Judicious Corruption and Stonewalling.

I wouldn’t look for Holder to be tried. It would have to be by the DOJ, and, with their record in this admin, that’s like having Duh-1 going after criminal aliens.

Which is another investigation Smith could start, too.

people this has been going on in the civil rights division of the (in)justice dept. for decades. it has been the leading instrument in implementing liberal america’s political strategy of selectively oppressing whites. they did it when democrats were in power, they did it when republicans were in power. nothing is going to change unless they disband it.

One result of the struggles of the Civil Rights Movement is evidently the development of a new set of career racists, well educated people who have delibarately moved themselves into positions of power, and who openly state they are willing and eager to discriminate against citizens on the basis of race and deny these citizens justice under the law.

Ignoring and failing to deal with THIS development will mean the end of our nation.

Well, I really want to see Lisa Jackson be the first Cabinet official to be frog-marched out of the building for misconduct, but I wouldn’t mind seeing the DOJ picked up by its heels to shake the dirt out.
