I saw his rescue of Lady Reagan on Fox today. I think it enhances him personally, but am sad Fox felt compelled to run the tape of the “fall.” It was simply a useless attempt at sensationalism that failed miserably. I thought Megan had more class than that.

As far as Rubio goes, I hope he would consider running as the mate to whomever gets the Repub nomination but am afraid he won’t. And four more years in D.C. will not be good for him, either, as a Representative because it will leave open every vote to question and divide who are his supporters now.

But great speech! And at least for right now he lives it.

It is embarrassing to watch Obama speak when compared to Rubio.

Rubio is a speaker. Obama is an orator. Obama “acts out” what is in front of him on the teleprompter. He uses flourishes, affects & motions, but it all rings false, rehearsed, and simply not genuine. He doesn’t believe what he says.

Rubio is speaking what he knows, believes and lives. That is why is does not sound like a script, It isn’t. Every word is real. It is from him and his beliefs and experiences.

Debates are not scripted and there are no teleprompters.

Rubio would embarrass Obama in a debate. He would make him look like the amateur he truly is.

Notice how Rubio always focuses on America, and never on himself. You’ll never hear any nonsense about how if you elect him, the oceans will cease to rise.

There is no one, no one, on the political scene today who expresses the conservative message better than Senator Rubio.

It’s so appropriate that he’s speaking at the Reagan Library. He’s Reagan’s philosophical and spiritual heir. Can’t wait for the day he moves into the White House.
