Clearly Romney did not stumble during the debate. I believe that was his main strategy, while your opponent is flailing allow him to look weak and less than presidential. I think the internal polling shows Romney over 50% in the battleground states so all he had to do was NOT make an unforced error. If Obama’s ceiling is truly 47% as it appears to be then Romney will landslide with a 53-47 victory and a clear mandate to finally grapple with our fiscal woes.

I guess in this society being the most rude and smirky of the two during a debate means you “won”. Obozo brought nothing new and made no major points against Romney. This debate won’t mean a thing come November 6th.

I was very disappointed, to say the least, that Romney didn’t go after Obama in the Libyan thing. Obama and Clinton, both sacrificed one of our best Ambassadors in order to appease the Muslim world. It’s obvious that Obama and Clinton didn’t want to provide our Ambassador to Libya adequate security because in some twisted way they thought it might be insulting to the Libyans. Never mind that all the other nations represented there had their own adequate security and the Libyans even told our Ambassador he needed more security.

Because the MSM are no longer news organizations, but Democratic Party propaganda mouthpieces instead, they certainly won’t get to the bottom of this mess as it would make their hero look bad. I thought for sure Romney would hammer Obama on this last night. But apparently, he got some really bad advice from his campaign advisers. A good opportunity to show the voters just what a real failure Obama’s foreign policy has been was missed.

America will not be voting Libya or Iran except in heavily Jewish districts perhaps. America will ve voting the economy as long as Romnney looked capable on foreign policy which he did. He used time he could have bashed Obama to press more on the economy. I think it was a decent strategy,

“The smartest man in the world” wouldn’t understand (let alone be concerned about) the difference between a “geopolitical foe” and a “threat” if his re-election depended upon it.

If it doesn’t have to do with padding his expense (bank) account, Thunderthigh’s comfort and vacations, or stealing votes, why should he be concerned? He’s just a run-of-the-mill con artist that is an inveterate liar and used to getting his own way in a game of “Thugs.”

I too am glad the debates are over. I agree that O doesn’t understand the difference between “geopolitical foe” and “security threat”. The man doesn’t know anything about foreign policy except to apologize for our nation and bow to foreign kings! His gaffes every single time he went overseas were such an embarrassment to us and I really think he believes he is the ONE. Didn’t he have anyone who advised him about protocol and behavior with foreign nationals? You know, he probably did and just ignored them because he has got it altogether, right? He didn’t need anyone telling HIM what do! Due to his narcissism and egocentricity (same thing? don’t know), he is his own worst enemy. Romney is clearly listening to his advisers (a wise man listens to counsel – that is a proverb in the Bible loosely paraphrased) and it showed in all of these debates.
