Big-time salutes go out to the American "Deuce Four" soldiers for helping a very sick young Iraqi girl named Rhma on her way to get the critical medical care she needed and hats off to everyone involved who assisted in caring for Rhma who, at the time of Yon’s writing, was on her way to Albuquerque, New Mexico where there are doctors waiting to treat her heart condition – free of charge.

God bless our big-hearted men and women serving in the armed forces.  There are no finer.
