Now, when’s the house warming party??

    <:-p

  6. LCVRWC says:

Congratulations, ST! Now, the next way to spell relief will be “I am SO glad that’s over!”

  7. Kevin says:

Party at ST’s house! Will there be sausage balls at the housewarming party? We made them for Christmas because of your statements about them (assuming they are made with bisquik, sausage and cheese). They appear to be horribly bad for you, but extremely tasty! We made like 200 of them and 15 of us ate them all :)

  8. Lisa says:

    Congratulations!!! =d> \:d/

where do I bring the wine?

Or should we just hit the hard stuff??

  9. Dave in CO says:

Congratulations on your slice of the American Dream, ST.

Not to be a wet blanket, but does anyone else notice no words of congrats from Tommy in NYC and Steve?

    Speaks volumes, folks. Volumes.

To Dave in CO what are smoking dude. Buying a house is serious business just getting the loan approval is the start of a process. Are you telling me you can see what kind of person I am just by reading some posts on some lady’s blog? Dude what’s up with that? I think when ST gets the keys to the house the furthest thing from the woman’s mind is going to be whether some typed in congrats on her blog.

  11. PCD says:

    ST,

As the commercial suggests, did you know your credit score before going for the loan?

I just got through with a credit course. Getting your mortgage and keeping it up to date is a great thing for you. Congratulations.

Tommy, maybe this lady does notice little things likt that.

  12. Dave in CO says:

It’s called my common courtesy and her sharing of the good news with strangers. You really don’t understand, do you?

She allowed us a tiny glimpse into a small part of her life that she is happy about and proud of. Why can’t you just be happy for her and say so?

Sorry, ST. I should have left it unwritten. I should have seen this coming.

  13. tommy in nyc says:

I am happy for her dudes chill out and if youse noticed I don’t make stinging personal attacks when I post. Shoot man.

  14. Dave – no worries on bringing it up.

Tommy – I’ll admit it’s not something I’d lose sleep over but you know what they say … it’s the thought that counts :)

  15. Thanks for everyone’s well wishes! This is an exciting time for me and an obviously great start to 2006. Oh, Lisa you can bring the wine AND the ‘hard stuff’ if ya like! :d

  16. PS to Tommy: “some lady”?

    You’re diggin’ deeper! =p~

  17. Severian says:

Hey, congrats ST! On your way to being a land owner! Now if you follow my example, you’re about to meet Mr. Right any day now, after you’re committed to this house! :d

  18. Steve Skubinna says:

Cool! Excellent! Another milestone, in what is going to be a frustrating, exciting, worrisome, euphoric, depressing process.

And it’s going to be worth it. Congratulations!
