Misty eyes

Just got done watching the Flight 93 movie on A&E.

I still get choked up everytime I hear, see, or read about stories from Flight 93. Tonight was no exception.

Just knowing what they did once they found out America was under attack … hearing Todd Beamer’s “let’s roll” – it sends chills up my spine. The courage the passengers and crew on that flight displayed is something I’ve often wondered if I would have if I found myself in a similar situation.

The word “hero” is a perfect word to describe each person on that plane.

There is a big screen movie coming out about Flight 93 next April. I want to see it, and hope Hollywood hasn’t mangled the story to suit any particular agenda, outside of telling the true story.

Never forget.

I am surprised anyone in the entertainment community was allowed to even bring up the subject, let alone make a movie. Maybe if a reporter had been injured or killed, it would be OK, maybe even necessary, but if it happens to ordinary citizens or soldiers it’s no big deal, right????

Would Hollywood revise history to suit a political agenda? Never!!!

    Wellllll. Hardly ever.

I’m just waiting to see how they manage to blame it on Bush.
