Same AP reporter, another non-story

First, there was the non-story about the Bush Katrina videotape and transcripts. Now, this one about “many defendents'” cases being “kept secret” over the last three years.

Jason Smith explains why this is a non-story and points out that the AP co-writer of this story was the co-writer on the Bush Katrina videos story. These two stories, in my opinion, represent a classic case of agenda-driven MSM reporting.
