A series of posts on Haditha

Posted by: Sister Toldjah on June 3, 2006 at 10:37 am

The blog Sweetness and Light has been probably the most “on top of it” blog when it comes to writing about the controversy on what allegedly happened last November in Haditha, Iraq. They’ve done the digging and background searches on Haditha that the MSM currently is not.

Make sure you check out the following posts there so you can get some background on the history of Haditha and of those in the MSM who have covered Haditha post-US invasion:

    Could be a setup.

Based on the hating doctor’s death certificates which may not even be truthful the marines could be punished severely.

Based on the bodies that were not examined by others that may have had bullet wounds at close range but bullets from other people’s weapons (not the Marines) the Marines could be punished severely

Based on a whole lot of reasons non-verifiable AND the words of a girl who survived the Marines could be punished severely.

Did the Marines kill in cold blood? Who knows? I hope they didn’t. Seems lefties hope they did. Prove me wrong lefties.

How? By posting a photo with the caption “Massacre Marines blinded by Hate”. THe photo is a picture of dead Iraqis.

The photo is of the same location with the addition of 3 bodies as an earlier picture with a caption ,”Insurgents in Haditha executed 19 Shiite fishermen and National Guardsmen in a sports stadium.

Says Michelle, “Our Marines did not kill these people. The terrorists did.”

THIS STORY’s picture should be publicly corrected and apologized for.

Here’s one lefty who didn’t prove me wrong. ANDREW SULLIVAN thinks he knows better than the investigators on the Ishaqi situation. Who knows? He might know better based on photos. But it could be that Andrew WANTS to believe the worst about our Marines just like I said in my 1st post on this thread. Andrews is swayed by non forensic evidence and the lack of defense information. I’d hate to see Andrew be a judge. He’d FAIL!

Good work, Baklava! Do you think the MSM will go after the “insurgents” they way they go after US troops? Or are those who are killed by “insurgents” now unpersons (and thus it’s not really murder)?
