Having a bit of a hectic morning (drowning in paperwork) … here’s an open thread to discuss the news in the meantime. Hope to be back early this afternoon to blog.

Evening update: Sorry, ya’ll. I’m a bit wiped out tonight … had planned on catching up on some blogging, but that will have to wait until the sun comes up. In the meantime, check out Allah’s thread on the left’s ‘outrage’ over Bush’s “groping” of German chancellor Angela Merkel at the G8. Allah wonders whether or not, after seeing ridiculous nonsense like this, if it’s even worth engaging the left (the type of lefties who are jumping on this ’story’) anymore.

Gateway Pundit also provides an interesting perspective on this.

    alene makes me hurl and I can’t even mention what I
    feel when I hear the lefties talk. After all that is going on in Isreal these clowns are still raising hell on what our PRESIDENT IS DOING TO KEEP US SAFE.
    I’m simply amazed.!!!:((

  3. Hi Drewsmom, may I make a suggestion? Try turning off the TV and turning on the Radio and listen to some Talk Radio for example I listen to Bill Bennet and Laura Ingraham and Michael Medved and Hugh Hewitt, there is also Rush Limbaugh to listen to as well.
    I have gotten so used to not listening to the stupid TV that I don’t miss it anymore and if I didn’t have some decent videos to watch I would have probably thrown out the TV a long time ago.:)

  7. Phil, I do listen to Laura, who I love and I listen to Fox radio, Rush and any other I can get on sat radio in my car. I also listen to the radio on Rightwingnuthouse.com which I highly recommend. The only reason I watch c-span to keep up with what the lefties are saying and keep up with the blatant damage they are doing to my country.
