Wed PM Update: I’m hearing from a source who shall remain nameless that there may also a Democrat Senator who has this bill on “secret hold.” If I find out who it is, I’ll pass it along.

    And Stevens, who was never shy about spending taxpayer money, now wants a cost benefit analysis on a bill that would essentially open up the earmark process to public review? Well, don’t that beat all.
